By accessing or using QuickPix, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

If you use QuickPix on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

QuickPix provides online image processing tools, including compression, resizing, cropping, preview, download, and format conversion.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Some features may be offered as beta, experimental, paid, limited, or unavailable in certain regions.

You must be at least 13 years old to use QuickPix. If your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that age requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You retain all rights to images and files you upload. QuickPix does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

You grant QuickPix a limited license to host, copy, process, transform, preview, transmit, and store uploaded content solely to provide and secure the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms.

You are responsible for your content and must have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process it.

You must not upload or process content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or violates privacy or publicity rights.

You must not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, scrape the service in abusive ways, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use QuickPix to distribute malware.

You must not use QuickPix to process content where doing so would violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or contractual restrictions.

Uploaded and processed files are intended to be deleted automatically within 2 hours of upload. QuickPix is not a permanent file storage or backup service.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of original and processed images. We are not responsible for loss of files, metadata, or processing results.

Some features may have upload limits, rate limits, usage quotas, account requirements, or paid plan requirements.

If paid features are offered, prices, taxes, billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or in the billing area.

We may suspend or limit usage that exceeds fair-use limits, creates security risk, or harms service reliability.

QuickPix may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as hosting, storage, payment, analytics, authentication, or import/export providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. QuickPix is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

QuickPix, including its brand, interface, design, software, and documentation, is owned by QuickPix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you rights to use QuickPix trademarks, branding, source code, or proprietary materials except as necessary to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access could harm QuickPix or others.

You may stop using QuickPix at any time. Account deletion requests may be sent to support@quickpix.app.

QuickPix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that processed images will meet every quality, compatibility, compression, or format requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickPix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, business interruption, or service unavailability.

Where liability cannot be excluded, QuickPix's total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to QuickPix for the service in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold QuickPix harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page or notifying registered users by email.

Your continued use of QuickPix after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where QuickPix operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
